What smartiptvpremium.us collects when you browse the site or order a plan, why, how long it is kept, and how to have it removed.

Browsing the site

The site has no customer accounts, no newsletter sign-up and no advertising or analytics trackers. Like any website, it runs on a server (a virtual private server in our case) that records technical data for each request: IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time. Cloudflare, which sits in front of the server to protect it and deliver pages faster, processes the same kind of data. The cookie policy lists the few cookies involved.

What the order form asks for

To place an order you give your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number and country, the device and the player app you plan to use, and the payment method you prefer. A note, a discount code and the box for occasional offers by email are optional, and that box starts unticked.

What we use it for

Only to handle your order: to confirm it by email, to reach you on WhatsApp with payment details and then your login details, and to help you afterwards if something does not work. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

What is recorded with each order

To stop abuse of the form, each order also stores the IP address, the browser and the page you came from. A copy of the order is kept in WooCommerce, the shop software that runs on the same server.

How long it is kept

  • IP address, browser and referring page: erased after 30 days.
  • Orders that are cancelled, expire or are refunded: deleted from the order form's records after one year.

WhatsApp and payment providers

When you confirm an order, WhatsApp opens so we can arrange payment. From then on we see your phone number, your WhatsApp display name and your messages, and WhatsApp (Meta) processes them under its own policy. Payments go through the provider you choose: the card processor, PayPal, the Bitcoin or USDT network, or the gift card issuer, each under its own privacy policy. No card number is ever typed into this website.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it erased. Message us on WhatsApp from the contact page and give the email address or phone number used for the order, so we can find it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version replaces this one on this page.
