About our WhatsApp line

Both buttons open a chat with our support team in WhatsApp, on your phone or your computer. The account uses a United Kingdom number; messages travel over the internet like any other WhatsApp chat.

To place an order

The quickest way is the Order now button on each plan's page: it opens the order form with that plan and its price already selected. You can also message us the plan (Lite, Pro or Titan 4K), the length or the number of screens, and the device you watch on. Every price is in US dollars and listed in the price table.

For setup help

Say which device you use: Fire TV Stick, Google TV, a Samsung or LG Smart TV, Apple TV, a phone or a computer. We tell you which player app to install and where to enter your login details.

Payment and refunds

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, PayPal, crypto (Bitcoin, USDT) and gift cards. Plans do not renew automatically. The refund policy explains what happens if the service does not work, and the terms of sale cover ordering and activation.
